I love people, every single thing about them! Their success stories, their failures, their quirks and their ambitions. Starbucks has a saying; "We're not in the coffee business serving people, we're in the people business serving coffee". Perhaps there are things to think about here...

Let's face it, people are lazy creatures. They procrastinate, they make excuses and they love sleeping in. That makes it really tough to get people who've agreed to come to our meetings to show up!

We ask once, twice and thrice and then we worry if we're becoming stalkers. I'm never ready to give up just yet. I sit quietly and wait for a few weeks to pass and then I invite them again. Who knows, that might be the week that they feel a little more motivated and drag themselves out of bed, then attend our meeting and fall completely in love with Rendezvous!
